According to the magical three-day potty training book that we used with Elliott, Harper should be potty trained by now.
Except she’s definitely wearing diapers today.
We admitted defeat last night and made a run to Wal-Mart for Huggies. It was a desperate moment that felt so right.
I’ve mentioned before how different Harper is from Elliott. And just to show me once again that my daughters are the exact opposite in every aspect of their lives, Harper refused to potty train.
Ellie was potty trained in a day and a half. I’m not making it up, she really was.
And because it was so easy, I praised this method to anyone who would listen, swearing it could work on all children.
BUT I WAS WRONG.
This weekend, I got my butt kicked by a one year old.
And I’m exhausted.

I think I remember a pin on pinterest going around that said “how to potty train your child in 2 days.” I remember thinking that was impossible – apparently it is and it isn’t 🙂
I love the blue and green together – such a cute outfit!
I took us about a month and a half to get our 2 1/2 year old potty trained. good luck!
I LOVE that top with the striped cardigan! SO cute! As for potty training in 1 day?! WOW. You got lucky with that one. 😉
