I mean BUSINESS.

I wore this outfit for parent-teacher conferences a while back.

More than one student asked why I looked so grown up and professional. Like I don’t look like that everyday? Rude.

I think there’s a part of me that still likes to play dress up. Some days I’m casual and laid back while other days I look professional and grown up. I don’t think at 33 I should have to quit having fun with my clothes or trying to figure out who I am. And while clothes don’t tell me who I am, they can either help or hinder who I think I am inside.

So today, I’m professional and grown up.

Tomorrow? Who knows.
