I think the answer to most questions is chocolate.
Oh, and Jesus.
Jesus and chocolate, really. So while I don’t know what specific answer you’re wrestling with today, the answer is chocolate covered cherry brownie bites. No, really, it is.
Chocolate covered cherry brownie bites
(a variation of my world famous chocolate chip cookies)
in a separate bowl combine & sift:
(to me “sift” means mix with a spoon…)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Add dry ingredients in thirds. After wet and dry ingredients are combined, add 2 cups of Nestle Toll House DelightFulls dark chocolate cherry filled morsels. Then bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack when finished.
Have you seen the new Nestle Toll House DelightFulls? I can’t wait to try the mint filled morsels and I bought some of the caramel filled ones to try this week also. What would you make with these new magical drops of goodness? (Okay, confession: I bought the caramel filled ones and I just ate them like candy BUT I’m sure they’d be good in baked goods too.)
