I normally share young adult and adult novel recommendations on Saturdays, but I need to interrupt the regularly scheduled programming to show you some absolutely adorable board books that you’ll love because you’re a book lover like me. (If you’re not a book lover like me, GET OUT OF HERE, I can’t stand the sight of you.)
While my girls are a little too old for these cute little books, I have a million friends having babies right now so they are the perfect newborn gift. The Treasure Island board book is all about shapes and the Emma
one is a cute story about emotions. They’re colorful books that grab your baby/toddler’s attention and are entertaining for parents too because of the classic literature element. I don’t think I can adequately describe how geeked up I got to read these books. I’m sure there’s a classic literature lover in your life that would want their kids to have these books too (or maybe your kids need them!).
There are other classic literature options as well! Check them out here. It’s really hard to choose which ones to order first. I’m also thinking Christmas gifts for all my little friends because there are just too many fun ones available. I’m sure they have at least one of your favorite books in board book form too.
It’s never too early to start Christmas shopping, friends. (Also, happy Halloween.)

These are awesome. My kids’ friends are all having babies now (and, hopefully my kid and his wife will be in that camp soon…bless them, they are trying, and it isn’t going well….but that’s another story) and these will make such great baby shower gifts.
I have no doubt your son and daughter-in-law will need each and every one of these books soon. Praying, Lynne.
Thanks! Added these to my little guy’s Christmas list!. My husband the English teacher will be so pleased!
Yay! Start them young with the classics. 🙂
