Do not tell Chris Graham, but I dream about getting rid of our TVs. I know this won’t happen any time soon, but I do wish I could get rid of the living room television because it would allow me to rearrange the furniture in so many more ways. I realize that’s not a good enough reason to get rid of the TV but that’s really why I want the TV gone: so I can rearrange furniture.
Okay, so we’re not getting rid of the TV. Yet. But when we do, it’s nice to know that we can watch all our favorite NBC shows on our laptops with NBC TVEverywhere. As winter weasels its way into Indiana, I’m all for staying home and watching shows on my computer. I never remember to watch TV live so logging onto NBC TVEverywhere and catching up on The Voice (I love Gwen Stefani; my high school self still fangirls over her–that’s B-A-N-A-N-A-S, right?) or watching past episodes of the The Blacklist (so many people are obsessed with that one!) is my favorite way to watch TV.
NBC TVEverywhere is really nice since we no longer have cable or DVR to remember to record all the shows we want to watch. And because you can watch NBC TVEverywhere on your laptop, you can watch it at work, at the local coffee shop, or anywhere else you have internet access. Just log on and watch! (I am not telling you to watch TV at work, that doesn’t sound like the best idea. But I used to catch up on shows during my lunch break so, you know, do it when you’re not going to get in trouble, obviously.)
Maybe NBC TVEverywhere will be the tipping point for Chris to say goodbye to the TV? I mean, I’m not holding my breath, but it’s worth a try.
